The restaurant offers an extensive wine list and a reserve wine list with awards from Wine Spectator Magazine and wines-by-the-glass carefully chosen to complement menu selections.

The Wild Sage and the Rusty Parrot have recently been rebuilt after a fire destroyed both 5 years ago. The new restaurant is open and inviting. I had the halibut. My husband had the trout. Both were perfectly cooked and delicious. The wine menu was extensive and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

We had been eating the food served by the National Park system for days. Really needed a great meal , and we were more than impressed with this new place. The deviled duck egg appetizer was delicious. Fine dining away from the crowds at the Cowboy Bar!!!

All good, except they don’t have the wonderful duck breast medallions like last year! Also I’ve been told that their wine corkage charge is $65 per bottle! Their wine did seem overpriced.

We went to eat here based on a recommendation from the Four seasons bartender and boy it did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the ambiance was very warm and inviting. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Jackson Hole area

Best meal in a looong time. Food was amazing with lots of new influences from the west coast. Flavors were amazing, service impeccable want to live in this hotel so we can eat here every night.
